AUDIENCES are in for a treat as an award-winning theatre company will be returning to Artrix Theatre with a ‘feel-good’ musical.
Local theatre company COMIC is set to bring nation's favourite TV baking show, The Great British Bake Off to the stage next month for all to enjoy.
Organisers said: “The musical invites audiences inside the iconic Bake Off tent, where a colourful cast of contestants whisk, knead and rise to the challenge, all in pursuit of the ultimate prize - friendship, and perhaps a coveted handshake from the judges.
“Packed with musical numbers, heartfelt moments, and the occasional ‘soggy bottom’, the production celebrates everything fans love about baking, creativity, community, and a good old British sense of humour.
“Whether you’re a dedicated Bake-Off fan or simply love great musical theatre, this uplifting and feel-good show promises an evening of escapism and joy.”
COMIC are best known locally for their sell-out production of Little Shop of Horrors.
Tickets are priced at £20 and can be booked online via the Artrix Theatre website.
The production promises an evening of escapism and joy, making it a perfect outing for families, friends, and anyone looking for a little theatrical fun.
The musical will take place at 7pm from Wednesday, March 12 to Friday, March 14, with a Saturday matinee at 2pm.
