LATE summer sunshine attracted hundreds of visitors to a top event at a Catshill animal adoption centre.
Blue Cross, in Wildmoor Lane, held its 20th annual summer fete, craft fair and fun dog show on Saturday.
Attractions included over 30 stalls in a craft marquee, birds of prey, a variety of stalls, ferret rescue, children’s rides and games and a mobile climbing wall.
Dozens of dogs of all breeds, shapes and sizes took part in the fun dog show where the classes included the happiest rescue dog, dog with the waggiest tail and dog with the saddest eyes, plus three classes sponsored by the Bromsgrove Advertiser/Messenger. Cash raised from the show will go towards looking after the many unwanted animals that go to the centre looking for new homes.
