RUBERY police station has reopened after refurbishment.
The station, in New Road, had been expected to reopen to members of the public on Monday, February 9, but bad weather delayed this by a week.
The station closed to the public at the end of November, 2008, for improvements to front counter facilities and provision for disabled people to comply with the Disability Discrimination Act. Improvements include a ramp, new front counter, a new consultation room and a toilet with disabled facilities.
The station has continued to be used by officers throughout.
