THE chairman of a troubled town football club is facing an attempt to have him declared bankrupt.
A creditor’s petition was lodged against Mike Ward on behalf of the administrators of Bromsgrove Rovers Football Club Limited in September.
The bankruptcy petition was brought against Mr Ward by Sanderlings, and the case is to be heard at Dudley County Court this Friday, (December 10).
Sanderlings is understood to be demanding repayment of debts totalling more than £20,000 which it says is owed by Mr Ward.
