A NEW course which celebrates the history of Bromsgrove is being launched this July.
The new Bromsgrove Summer School provides six one-day courses, being held between July 19-21.
Among the speakers will be Jeremy Bourne, former Bromsgrove School master speaking on the life and works of AE Housman, editor of the Bromsgrove Rousler Jennie McGregor-Smith, and Chris Dyer, local history professor at Leicester University.
Events will be held at two of Bromsgrove’s most historical buildings, Housman Hall and the Cookes House.
The cost is £35 per course, including coffee and a two-course lunch at Housman Hall.
