A SPECIAL exhibition of work is currently on display at Frankley Community Library.
All the artwork on display has been done by people with mental health issues who attend a regular morning workshop.
As well as learning about art those who attend also get the opportunity to chat, learn, and interact with others letting them share and support each other.
Lyn Sharp, who runs Frankley Art Workshop, said: “We have been running a Friday morning workshop since February.
“The group has come on immensely covering many aspects of art over the last six months and they really look forward to coming.
“Many thanks to the kind support of Frankley Parish who financed our tutor and West Midland Police who funded our material costs.”
She added that any company or business that may have funds available to support the group would be greatly appreciated.
The group runs from 10am - 12.30pm every Friday. For more information or to take part, call 07838239115.
