DODFORD residents are being invited to the annual village show being held this September.
The Dodford Show is jointly organised by the village’s gardening club and the Womens Institute and provides everyone, from novices to experts, an opportunity to display their items in a wide range of classes.
Classes include fruit, vegetables, flowers, cookery, wine, handicrafts, art, photography and childrens classes.
There is a £2 entry fee, children can enter for free.
The show is being held at Dodford Village Hall in Priory Road on Saturday, September 1.
The registration of entries and staging of exhibits takes place between 9.30-11.45am.
The free show opens to the public from 3pm, and prizes will then be presented, exhibits auctioned and the raffle drawn.
Tea and home made cakes will also be available.
