AVONCROFT Museum will be delving into the gooey, gory and gruesome truths of yesteryear this February half term.
The Museum’s ‘Days of Gore’ theme will run from Tuesday, February 18 to Thursday, February 20.
The resident Tudor in Guesten Hall will bring the past to life and teach the young and young at heart all about medieval medicine, historical hygiene, execution and torture.
There will also be crafts, a trail, gooey feel boxes, make your own slime, miniature train and pony rides (weather permitting).
Costumed interpreters will also be on hand in the Museum buildings.
