CHILDREN at a Romsley school created a huge playground art display to show their thanks for the bravery of NHS heroes.
Pupils of key workers who are attending St Kenelm's CE School in Bromsgrove Road used gym equipment to create the artwork on the playground on Friday (April 3) under the supervision of teachers Frank Leek, Julie Groves and Sarah Thomas.
Headteacher Suzanne Shackleton said: "The children of critical key workers are at school and they and the teachers wanted to show their appreciation for everyone in the NHS for their bravery and hard work with some big art."
The primary school is caring for a small group of children - up to a maximum of eight on some days - with teachers covering the Easter holidays on a rota system.
