A BROMSGROVE woman is to due to be sentenced on a benefit fraud charge.
Sharon Neath, 38, was committed to appear at Birmingham Crown Court last Friday, (August 20), after failing to declare a change in her circumstances to the Department for Work and Pensions.
The case has now been adjourned until September.
