A PENSIONER from Bromsgrove has pleaded not guilty to causing death by driving without due care and attention, following a fatal crash in Shrewsbury.
Stephen Griffiths, 67, died following a collision between his blue Audi and a black Land Rover Discovery earlier this year.
At Shrewsbury Crown Court, Land Rover driver John Beckett, 76, denied the charge.
The case was adjourned until June 18 next year for trial and Beckett, of Greyfriars Drive, was granted bail.
The crash happened on January 4 on the A458 Shrewsbury to Much Wenlock road between Cressage and Cound.
