RESIDENTS are being invited to apply to take part in a project that could help shape Redditch Borough Council’s Council Tax and Benefits services.
The council is inviting applicants to have an up to one hour interview about their experiences with those services in the last 12 months, conducted by a specialist research company, in return for a £60 Amazon voucher.
Cllr Tom Baker-Price, Redditch Borough Council’s Portfolio Holder for Corporate Management, said: “We want to improve and develop what we do and we would greatly appreciate the chance to speak individually to people about their experience with our Council Tax and Benefits services.”
The interviews will be at Redditch Town Hall on March 24 and 25 between 10am and 4.30pm.
