Police have reopened a Kidderminster road after an earlier serious crash.
POLICE have reopened a Kidderminster road after an earlier serious crash.
The A456 at Crossley Retail Crossing towards Horsefair was closed after the incident which involved a car and a pedestrian.
Onlookers say a disability scooter was seen at the scene of the crash which was attended by the air ambulance.
