A DRUG driver is paying a hefty penalty after he was caught with a cocktail of narcotics in his blood.
Paul O'Toole, aged 53, from Ridgeway Close, Studley, was banned from the roads for 15 months and fined a total of £240 after he admitted being at the wheel of a Fiat Punto with excess Cocaine, Morphine and Benzoylecgonine in his system.
At Kidderminster Magistrates Court O'Toole was further ordered to pay £135 costs and a £32 victim surcharge.
