A POPULAR Georgian-period hotel has been put on sale at a price of £2.75 million.

The Feathers, in Market Street, Woodstock, has been brought to market by Colliers International that has called it a "rare opportunity".

The 21-bedroom hotel is made up of five connected Grade II listed townhouses with individual suites, as well as a restaurant with 60 covers and a bar accommodating 20 covers. The property also includes a courtyard to the rear, and one-bedroom staff accommodation.

The hotel's location with, the close proximity to Blenheim Palace, the Cotswolds, Oxford and Bicester Village, is also being highlighted.
