HEREFORDSHIRE's summer is set for a last hurrah tomorrow, with temperatures set to reach up to 24C.

It will follow what has been a week of sunshine that has included some spectacular sunsets.

But the Met Office is warning people to make the most of it.

The tail end of Hurricane Humberto, blowing towards the UK from the Bahamas, is likely to bring wind and rain from Monday.

Emma Smith, a Met Office meteorologist, said: "Hurricane Humberto is moving towards us and becoming very quickly downgraded so it's not going to be a hurricane by the time it gets to us, but it will bring with it wet and windy weather.

"It will be quite unstable all next week with low pressure coming towards us through the jet stream."
