The world's oldest one-make Caravan Club, The Cheltenham Owners Club, has chosen to hold its 70th Anniversary celebrations at the Pavilion Rooms, Ledbury Rugby Club.

And club members and their caravans will be at the site, off Ross Road, from May 26 to May 31.

There will be a chance for visitors to see why enthusiasts still fall in love with the vintage caravans.

Club secretary, John Marsland added: "We are holding an open day on Saturday May 30 when we are inviting visitors along.

"There will be open caravans from the 50s to the 80s , classic cars on display, a caravan manoeuvring competition and lots more. The winners of BBC2 Caravanner of the Year in 2016 will be trying not to look too silly in the manoeuvring competition despite a different from usual towcar.

"We would love it if people could come along."
