The Friends of Evesham Parish Church and Bell Tower have a great line up of Monday Afternoon Talks for the New Year. Monday 7th January, local author, Sue Johnson, will be talking about 'Synesthesia (tasting or seeing words in colour'. Monday 4th February, we feature 'Spies in History' with Bob Skelt, who worked for 38 years at GCHQ, then as a tour guide at Bletchley Park. On Monday 4th March, Dave Walton will be doing a talk entitled 'Gimson and the Barnsleys' (the story of 3 young architect/designers and the Arts & Crafts Movement, who came to live in Gloucestershire. All talks take place at 2.30 pm in All Saints Church House, Market Place, and last approximately one hour. Admission, including tea/coffee and biscuits, is £2.50 for members of the Friends, and £3.00 for others. No need to book. All welcome.
