WORCESTER Mayor Councillor Allah Ditta was full of praise for youngsters in musical theatre youth group WODYS, when he dropped in on one of the rehearsals for their next show Shrek The Musical.
In a motivational speech he told the youngsters he was very impressed by what he had seen and congratulated them on their commitment.
The Mayor told the 61-strong cast of eight to 18-year olds at WODYS – Worcester Operatic and Dramatic Society Youth Section - they were amazing and that the show, on at the city’s Swan Theatre from Tuesday to Saturday, August 4 to 8, was destined to be another good one.
