With so many pubs under threat during the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic, it prompted us to take a look in our archives at some of the pubs Worcester has lost; some a long time ago, many more recently.

Did you enjoy a pint at the Deer’s Leap? What was the service like at The Barley Mow? What were weekends like at The Drakes Drum? Do you remember a quick sprint along the road for last orders at the Golden Hart?

Perhaps you can remember further back to when The Globe was still open in Friar Street.

Why not let us know what you can remember? Contact Barry Kinghorn, our Community Content Editor at barry.kinghorn@newsquest.co.uk or email news@worcesternews.co.uk and lets share our memories of Worcester’s lost pubs.
