HOCKEY: Bromsgrove maintained their unbeaten start in the West Midlands Division Two with a 5-1 win over West Bromwich.
The deadlock was broken in the 25th minute when Tom Green slotted home.
It was 2-0 early in the second half as Bevan Edwards netted from a corner.
The influential Bruce Turner’s powerful free hit allowed Green to score the away side’s third goal before Edwards made it 4-0.
West Brom grabbed a late consolation goal only for Tom Jennings to complete the rout for Bromsgrove.
Bromsgrove entertain Yardley on Saturday.
