JEFF Rea will takeover as acting chairman at Bromsgrove Sporting after the death of Jon Prescott.
The club's board of directors held an emergency meeting after the sudden death of the club's top man on Tuesday night to work out who would take over his various responsibilities.
Sporting are set to hold a company AGM in the autumn to select who will take the role on a permanent basis.
John Teece will be responsible for the administration arrangements with Worcester City Football Club on the groundshare deal at the Victoria Ground.
Rob McLaren will be the main lead on stadium safety and maintenance ensuring compliance in readiness for the forthcoming season.
Club secretaty David Stephens will liaise with Worcestershire County FA ahead of the Worcestershire Senior Cup final, which is to be played at Bromsgrove on July 23.
David Sheppard and Graham Scott will be responsible for maintaining the pitch and line-marking.
All commercial matters and responsibility for the social club will be with Teece All directors will share responsibility for managing and organising players' kit until a kit manager can be appointed.
