SWIMMERS from Bromsgrove Swimming Club travelled to Nottingham for the second round of the National Arena League.
Despite losing swimmers to injuries and illness in the week before, and injuries being sustained during the gala, Bromsgrove battled hard, with their swimmers winning 17 of the 60 races.
Overall Bromsgrove won the gala with 230 points, 36 points ahead of their nearest rival.
Head coach Matthew Lowe said: "Our swimmers all pulled together and produced a fantastic result. I am proud of every single one of them."
Two years after finishing third from bottom, Bromsgrove are now challenging for promotion to Division Two.
The final round of the league is on December 9, when Bromsgrove Swimming Club will be hoping they can win a third successive gala win in the National Arena League.
