STOURPORT Hockey Club's ladies 1st XI swept aside Reading in their Investec Conference West League match.
Thee emerged 3-0 winners with goals by Lorna Mackenize, Sarah Parkinson Mills with her 100th national league goal, and Lottie Atkinson.
The ladies second XI lost out to visitors Boots, in the Midland Division 1.
Stourport's young squad played with a high intensity and dominated the first half, they created a number of chances, including two short corners but were unable to find the net.
Boots defended hard and were testing with their physicality but the home side kept them from scoring before the break.
In the second half Boots scored first after a fast counter attack and added a second as Stourport's Molly McMasters' attempted clearance on the goal line went in.
Stourport gained a consolation goal from the last play of the match, with a short corner from Izzy Nott which she converted to pull the scores back to 2-1.
The men's First XI drew 2-2 with a brace from Tom Schubert against West Bridgford, heroics from Stourport goalkeeper James Gerrish won him man of the match.
