Bromsgrove Rugby Club U14s has celebrated a victory in their new sponsored kit in the North Midlands RFU Cup Final.

The final against Whitchurch was held on on April 28.

Bellway, a housebuilder developing properties at Whitford Heights in Bromsgrove, offered the team their support with a £500 donation towards the new kit.

Bromsgrove Rugby Club volunteer, Jim Turner said: "Bromsgrove Rugby Club U14s are the winners of the North Midlands RFU Cup, winning the match against Whitchurch 33-12.

"All at the club would like to thank Bellway for their support in sponsoring the U14s this season.

"The boys looked great in their brand-new kit with the trophy in hand.

"The Bromsgrove U14 team are a committed set of 26 young men who attend various local schools in the region, supported by nine knowledgeable and passionate volunteer coaches.

"Some members of the team have been playing rugby since the U6 age group, and they have welcomed new players at various stages since."
