WORCESTERSHIRE'S Pat Brown has pulled out of England's one-day and T20 tour of South Africa having again suffered with a stress fracture in his lower back.
The 21-year-old star of the County's T20 Blast triumph in 2018 felt the problem flare up while getting ready to face Melbourne Stars in Australia's Big Bash League.
Scans showed a partial fracture, ruling Brown out for the rest of the winter.
The former University of Worcester student will return to New Road for treatment.
Gutted to be ruled out of the big bash and England white ball tour of South Africa with a stress fracture. Will be doing everything to get back on the park as soon as possible. https://t.co/g5SRHvcU11
