EVANS Jane Gwyneth A very special Mum, Nan, Grand Nanna and Friend to many, passed away peacefully at Worcestershire Royal Hospital on Monday 7th April 2014, aged 91. Gwyneth will be sadly missed by all who knew her. Funeral service will be held on Thursday 24th April 2014, at Redditch Crematorium at 2.00pm.
