BROMSGROVE business Barrie Beard has received a massive boost after completing a mammoth challenge.
The firm, on Worcester Road which specialises in lighting design and installation, recently fitted the electrical installation at the new Monarch Hanger at Birmingham International Airport.
The enormity of the hanger is such that it can fit four full-size football pitches or 450 double-decker buses inside and is the only hangar in the country to have space for maintenance of one of the world's biggest planes, the Boeing 787 Dreamliner.
