This is not to condone the behaviour of the offender, didn't this girls parents tell her to keep herself out of harms way at all times. She would know that 3.45am in the morning is one of the worst times, when the worst behaviour and weirdest people are 'on the loose'. So, perhaps Judo lessons are a priority so these sorts of incidents can't happen? (Feminists don't bother to tell me she has the right to be anywhere, at any time of the day. She has. But beware.
