YOUNGSTERS at a Rednal nursery have enjoyed a visit to the zoo.
Children and their families from Jellybabies Nursery and Pre-School, based at Longbridge Methodist Church, took a day trip to Dudley Zoo.
The zoo organised a special day, with various activities for the nursery's under fives.
Activities included a fancy dress parade and fairytale show, balloon modelling, story telling, puppet shows and magic, a bouncy castle, face painting and animal encounters.
Jacqueline Walker, manager of the nursery, said: "This was a very successful event and as well as the children seeing the animals and watching shows, they had the opportunity to have their photographs taken with children's television and film characters."
