TWO women have been robbed by possibly armed men, while out at the Lickey Hills Country Park with their children.

The incident occurred at the country park in Warren Lane, Rednal, at some point between 5.30pm and 6.30pm on Friday, July 1, as the two women were visiting the area with their two eight-year-old children and a three-month-old baby.

They were approached by two men who demanded items from the women, and stole a mobile phone, a wedding ring, a gold chain, and a handbag containing make up and a large amount of money, before running off into the nearby woods.

The two men are described as being in their early 20s, and both about 5’8” tall with a slim build. One of the men, who is believed to have been carrying a small bladed object, during the incident, was thought to be wearing grey tracksuit bottoms and a grey hooded top, while the other man is described as wearing a dark gooded top and black trousers, which were possibly jeans.
