According to Natwest, the branch was only used by six personal customers and 203 business customers on a regular basis in 2021.
A spokesperson for the banking giant said: “This will doubtless be disappointing to NatWest customers in Bromsgrove.
"However, alternative banking provision is available to local residents at post office branches nearby.

“The nearest post offices to the closing Natwest branch are Bromsgrove Post Office on High Street, Aston Fields Post Office, Stoke Road and Charford Post Office on Gilbert Road.
“Each of these branches offers banking services - including deposits, free cash withdrawals and balance checks, as well as offering face-to-face access to government services, bill payment, foreign currency, travel insurance and, of course, postal services.”
