The pub features a 1,971 square foot ground floor, a large car park which can fit approximately 26 cars, a lawned beer garden with picnic bench seating for approximately 60 people, a paved patio area and three-bedroom domestic accommodation.

The ground floor consists of an entrance hall from Bromsgrove Road, a central timber bar servery, part wood panelled walls, a feature fireplace, part wooden flooring, a darts throw, and bathrooms accessed from the trading area.

There is also a private rear yard providing access to a garage, a store room, a beer cellar, a glass wash-up area to the rear of the servery and a small kitchenette area.

The domestic accommodation is located over the first floor which is accessed via a private staircase.

Alongside the bedrooms, there is a large lounge, kitchen-diner, and a bathroom.

The property is being 'sold as seen' and any items left on the day of completion will be inherited by the purchaser, excluding any third-party items such as games machines or beer raising equipment.
