IT’S not long until the Matalan Ladies Day at Worcester Racecourse, the most prestigious day in Worcester’s racing calendar, and we have a superb, VIP prize package to be won.
Ladies Day will take place on Saturday, June 5.
The prize includes a three-course lunch in the centre course hospitality marquee for two people, with wine, racecards and parking included, a £100 Matalan voucher to purchase an outfit to wear on Ladies Day from your local store, a Matalan goody bag and photos of the winner in their new Matalan outfit.
During the afternoon, the Epsom Derby will be shown on the big screen and there will be competitions to find the Matalan Best Dressed Lady, the Matalan Most Extravagant Hat and the Matalan Best Dressed Little Lady of 12 years and under, to be judged by VIP guest Laurence Llewelyn-Bowen, radio Wyvern presenters and the newly crowned Miss Worcester, Katie Sinclair. There will be also be fundraising on the day for St Richard’s Hospice.
Gates open at 11.30am and the first of seven raises begins at 1.55pm.
