A BALL will be held in Bromsgrove to raise money for Mesothelioma UK charity, after a woman's mum died from asbestos-related cancer.
Lynne Hall's mum Margaret Edgington, from Cradley Heath, died from the disease in 2014.
An autumn charity ball, including a three course dinner and live entertainment, will be held at Bromsgrove Hotel & Spa on Saturday, September 17 at 4pm.
Local band Killerstream will be performing, and there will be an auction and raffle to raise money for Mesothelioma UK.
It is a black tie event and women are asked to wear pale blue. Tickets cost £40 and can be purchased by calling Lynne Halls on 07775 613 172.
