VISITORS to a table top sale in Blackheath will be able to browse around a packed hall of stalls and raise much-needed money for Arthritis Research UK.
The charity’s Blackheath and Halesowen branch is organising the event at the Church Hall, Vicarage Road, on Saturday April 11, from 10am until noon.
Stalls will include bric-a-brac, toys, clothes, gifts, cards and books.
Branch member Pat Taylor said arthritis affects young people as well the elderly and the first national arthritis centre for children recently opened at Alder Hey, Liverpool.
She added: “Our research teams at Arthritis Research UK continue to work hard to pioneer treatments that can be life-changing and your support is vital to help the one in six of us struggling with this crippling disease.”
Refreshments will be available and admission is 20p.
