AFTER spending £1.92 million on the controversial refurbishment of Blueschool House the council now have to move a downpipe which leads onto the street.
An eagle eyed Hereford Times reader spotted the downpipe coming out of the council owned building.
Instead of leading to the drain, half-a-metre from the pipe, the water was instead spilling onto the pavement instead.
A council spokesperson said: “Herefordshire Council is currently working to replace and move the downpipes on Blueschool House to enable them to discharge to the gutter.”
