WORCESTER City Council has decided to freeze its share of residents' council tax bills for the second year, despite the harsh economic situation.

The city council has also announced it will not cut any frontline services in 2012-2013, but the cabinet is proposing further support service and back-office savings in its draft budget for the next financial year.

These savings will build on the £1.8m efficiencies that will be delivered in 2011-12.
