RICHARD Probert and Janet Mason were married at Catshill Methodist church by Rev Andy Lyons.
Richard, a softwear developer from Northumberland, is the eldest son of Rosemary and the late Chris Probert. Janet, a maths teacher from Bromsgrove, is the elder child of Terry and Rosemary Mason. The bride, who was given away by her father, wore a beaded ivory satin dress with a cathedral train and carried a bouquet of cream roses and gerberas.
She was accompanied by Alice Preston, Jenny Lynskey, Amy Cooper and Louisa Hills. The best men were the groom’s brothers Owen and Christopher Probert.
The happy couple held their reception at the Guesten Hall, Avoncroft Museum, and honeymooned on the Norfolk Broads.
The couple met while studying maths at Nottingham University and have set up home in Chesterfield, Derbyshire.
