RUGBY LEAGUE: North East Worcestershire Ravens were blown away by Birmingham Bulldogs in Saturday’s 82-20 defeat.
The Bulldogs made a powerful start and scored 36 points before Rhamel Blake finished off a rampaging run and pulled a try back for the Ravens.
However, Birmingham scored three more tries as the Ravens went into the break trailing 54-6.
The Worcestershire side conceded three more scores early in the second half and saw coach Jason Spafford yellow carded.
But Blake added a second try, converted by Dave Wimbury, before Ryan Wilson and Darrell Aldridge also touched down. The Ravens go to Telford next Saturday.
